r-MicroTuff Swift Cloth and Swep r-MicroTech Mops

The first recycled cleaning products from Vileda Professional.

Sustainability is at the heart of our corporate activity. Based on more than 60 years’ experience in the business we want to provide more than just cleaning solutions which keep sites and surfaces hygienically clean, they should also contribute to a cleaner planet as well. That is why we created a whole new series of products. All of them are sustainably crafted from post-consumer recycled polyester and marked with an r. 

r-MicroTuff Swift

r-MicroTuff Swift

The first recycled cleaning cloth from Vileda Professional. The cloth, made from 100% recycled polyester, provides our customers with the same superior microfibre cleaning power and durability as the virgin fibre product. 2 PET bottles, 0.5 l are re-used in 1 r-MicroTuff Swift cloth without compromising on cleaning performance and durability – it can be washed up to 500 times.

Swep r-MicroTech mops

Swep r-MicroTech mops

The first single-sided and double-sided mops from Vileda Professional containing recycled materials. Made from up to 30% recycled polyester, they provide our customers with the same superior microfibre cleaning performance, durability and ergonomic as the virgin fibre products. 3.5 PET bottles, 0.5 l are re-used in 1 Swep r-MicroTech Mop, 50cm without compromising on cleaning performance and durability – each mop can be washed up to 900 times.

A 3rd party laboratory validated that r-MicroTuff Swift and Swep r-MicroTech mops remove up to 99.99% of bovine coronaviruses from vinyl surfaces. That leading cleaning efficiency is retained even when detergents are omitted.

The cloth and mops stand for highest cleaning efficiency, durability and sustainability and has thus been awarded the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which underlines that it is safe for the users and the environment.
